Consent
By requesting a consultation, you agree to provide accurate information and allow authorised OptiMedX professionals to review it for the stated clinical-pharmacy purpose. Consent may be withdrawn, subject to legal or record-retention requirements.
Confidentiality
Personal information should be accessed only by authorised individuals and handled in line with applicable privacy and professional requirements.
